I was very well cared for and felt every effort was made to help me with a problem I have with my left eye. I have been advised to go back in a months time if the problem has not cleared.

It was a really great experience. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I appreciated the online booking system, particularly being able to see availability at nearby opticians. (The only thing I might change in an ideal world would be a way of fixing the location and then seeing appointments for a multi-day period rather than having to look day by day, but that's a very minor point.) Thank you for sending me a voucher for the eye test. I felt a bit cheeky getting it for free but it was much appreciated. I now live overseas but fully intend to continue visits to Boots Opticians on my visits to the UK. The service and the value for money (even without a voucher) are excellent. Easy to make appointment. Staff were efficient and courteous during my visit to the Chichester branch.

All staff were very helpful, and explained what was going on. No real recommendations for improvement, except to have some more interesting magazines in the waiting area!
